WhatsApp introducing Avatars feature to all android and iOS users

WhatsApp is releasing the Avatars feature to all Android and iOS users. The features will be available in the 22.23.77 update for iOS users and for Android users it will be available in the 2.22.24.73 update. All those who install these latest versions of the app will be able to use this feature.

WhatsApp is one of the most popular instant messaging platforms used by billions of people all over the world. Being an in-demand application it has to regularly undergo updates to bring more enhancements to the platform. Recently it has added many advanced features to improve its users’ experience. Know what new it offers you in this update.

The Meta-owned WhatsApp has just released the WhatsApp community feature to more users. Now the company is rolling out a new feature to everyone on Android and iOS. Two months back the company released the ability to set up Avatar to some select beta testers on the 2.22.23.9 Android beta update and 22.23.0.71 iOS beta update.

The company started rolling out this feature to more stable WhatsApp users last week of this month. In this current update, WhatsApp is enabling this same feature to everyone on Android and iOS. The leading WhatsApp news portal WABetaInfo, mentions in its report that with the ability to set up Avatars you can express yourself in a unique and interesting way.

It lets you create your digital expression with WhatsApp settings. After you customize an Avatar, the app instantly creates a new sticker pack that portrays you. You can share your Avatars with your contacts and have fun. The app also lets you set these Avatars as your Display picture and interestingly you can also edit them whenever you want. For this, you just need to open WhatsApp settings again and edit it from there.

The report further mentions that your Avatar messages are fully and end-to-end encrypted so only the sender and the receiver of the message can see the content. However, according to the report, the WhatsApp Dev team is further working to bring more improvements to the ability to set up the Avatars feature.

The report mentions that WhatsApp also plans to add several style enhancements to the feature in the coming days. As mentioned earlier WhatsApp has rolled out Avatars to WhatsApp Android and WhatsApp iOS users.

To get this feature update your account to the latest version of the app. If it is still not available this means you have to wait for a few more days as the company is gradually rolling it out to everyone.
