WhatsApp new feature : edit send message

WhatsApp is bringing another update that a sender can edit the message within 14 minutes. 

For the moments when user make a mistake, or simply change the mind, user can now edit the sent messages.

From correcting a simple misspelling to adding extra context to a message, WhatsApp is bringing more control over chats. Just need to do is long-press on a sent message and choose ‘Edit’ from the menu for up to fifteen minutes after.

Edited messages will display ‘edited’ alongside them, so those user messaging are aware of the correction without showing edit history. As with all personal messages, media and calls, messages and the edits user make are protected by end-to-end encryption.
