WhatsApp new feature : edit send message

WhatsApp is bringing another update that a sender can edit the message within 14 minutes.  For the moments when user make a mistake, or simply change the mind, user can now edit the sent messages. From correcting a simple misspelling to adding extra context to a message, WhatsApp is bringing more control over chats. Just need to do is long-press on a sent message and choose ‘Edit’ from the menu for up to fifteen minutes after. Edited messages will display ‘edited’ alongside them, so those user messaging are aware of the correction without showing edit history. As with all personal messages, media and calls, messages and the edits user make are protected by end-to-end encryption.

New updates to Polls WhatsApp is introducing three new updates for polls to help groups gather info and make decisions together. Create single-vote polls:  For when user need a definitive answer, WhatsApp is introducing the option for poll creators to allow people to vote only once. Simply turn off ‘allow multiple answers' when creating a poll. Search for polls in your chats:  It’s not always possible to answer a poll immediately, and it can be difficult to find a poll within the chat at a later time. Now, user can filter messages by polls, just like user can for photos, videos or links. On the ‘Chats’ screen, press ‘Search’ and then ‘Polls’ to find a list of all results. Special Drive for Fake GST Registrations

Recently, CBIC has issued Instruction No. 01/2023-GST dated 04.05.2023 outlining guidelines for launching Special All India Drive against fake registrations. The tax authorities have been proactive to weed out fake GST registrations from system defrauding exchequer in past through extensive use of data analytics and other tools. Taking one step further, it has been proposed that All India Drive is being launched from 16th May 2023 to 15th July 2023 on a mission mode by Central Tax and State Tax Authorities with special focus on cancellation of fake GST registrations and also taking action on blocking of Input tax credit under Rule 86A and recovery of ITC claimed on supplies received from such fake GST registrants by using DGRAM data, BIFA, ADVAIT, NIC Prime, E-Way analytics and human intelligence. WhatApp new feature: Chat Lock

The most popular messaging application WhatsApp introduced new features called Chat Lock. ✅ Chat Lock on WhatsApp put a conversation in a folder that can only be accessed with device’s password or biometric, like a fingerprint. ✅ Locking a chat automatically hides the details of the conversation in notifications. Users can lock a chat by tapping the name of a one-to-one or group and selecting the lock option. To reveal these chats, slowly pull down on inbox and enter the password or biometric. Over the next few months, WhatsApp going to be adding more options for Chat Lock, including locks for companion devices and creating a custom password for chats so that user can use a unique password different from the phone’s.
